I had so much interest in the Strawberry filled coconut oatmeal muffins on my meal plan this past Monday that I thought I'd make them the subject for today's I Heart Macro.

|Just a bite or two left|
By the way. . .They were delicious. Not too sweet, but definitely delectable.
Lori at Studio Waterstone hosts I Heart Macro Sunday each week.
On last snippet before I get back to my Sunday. My owl necklace was included in this beautiful treasury!
Here's hoping everyone that is/was in Irene's path is staying safe!
Congrats on the treasury! Those muffins looked delicious. I will definitely try to make them now :)ReplyDelete

The muffin batter is wild!! I love it! Good pics,...now I'm hungry! :)ReplyDelete
Ohhh yummy! They look amazing! You just made me hungry.ReplyDelete
I'm so glad you like that shot. I was actually a little hesitant to post it as I wasn't sure if it was to icky-looking or not. But, the texture was so cool that I had to include it!
Sorry about inducing the hunger. . . ;)
Hope, I love the shot, my mouth is watering! The muffins look delicious!ReplyDelete
Hope, the muffins look delicious! To bad there is no such thing a smell-o-vision, because I'm sure they smell as good as the look. That person would have been crazy not to have add you gorgeous owl necklace to the "All Things Red" treasury. I hope you have been enjoying your weekend.ReplyDelete
That is soooo cruel. To see something so delicious and not be able to reach through the screen and try it.ReplyDelete
BUT, I did see the recipe (thank you, thank you, thank you) and will need to give it a try.
They look wonderful.
Man, you've got me drooling again! Those muffins look so yummalicious! And yay for that awesome treasury ;)ReplyDelete
