We are not, and can only hand water one day a week, and no car washing.Scribblerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06681743103386838795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4041495809860773419.post-20612355324197027042016-11-10T08:31:30.144-06:002016-11-10T08:31:30.144-06:00Thank you! We've done some container gardening ...Lorraine,<br />We've done some container gardening too, but just during the summer with tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and squash without a whole lot of success. Now that we have the room, we trying more. It may not work because of this warm fall, but it's worth a try anyway. As for the critters, we've got hardware cloth down to keep out burrowing animals and will soon put up a fence CraftyHopehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10341033878002504601noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4041495809860773419.post-16305622751881264182016-11-08T03:51:41.383-06:002016-11-08T03:51:41.383-06:00I still don't know the growing seasons here. We tried growing other things too but we always had to battle critters...squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits and groundhogs. They either ate the seeds or the veggies. I hope your efforts prove to be successful. The raised beds look great!Lorrainehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15328674280714013955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4041495809860773419.post-35033230165930100642016-11-07T21:46:25.498-06:002016-11-07T21:46:25.498-06:00Millie, Thanks so much for the tip.
